Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator to enhance our operations. This role is essential in fostering customer relationships and ensuring seamless communication with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing and processing purchase orders efficiently.
  2. Engaging with customers daily to address their needs and inquiries.
  3. Proactively resolving client issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  4. Collaborating with the Customer Services, Sales, and Operations teams to meet targets.
  5. Conducting outreach to our existing client base to promote our offerings.
  6. Coordinating and scheduling jobs through our internal systems.
  7. Reviewing and approving customer invoices using internal software.
  8. Establishing and nurturing relationships with both customers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a similar customer service or administrative role.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  3. Exceptional customer service aptitude.
  4. Intermediate proficiency in computer applications.
  5. Skills in complaint resolution and conflict management.
  6. Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks independently.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of teamwork.
  9. Familiarity with Ariba is a plus.
