Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Co-ordinator to contribute to our operations. This role involves leveraging your customer service expertise to foster strong relationships with clients, engage in effective communication, and manage outgoing calls to facilitate job organization and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process purchase orders efficiently.
  • Engage with customers on a daily basis to address their needs.
  • Handle inquiries promptly and resolve client issues proactively.
  • Support the Customer Services, Sales, and Operations teams in achieving their objectives.
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing clients to promote our offerings.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage job processing through internal systems.
  • Oversee the processing and approval of customer invoices using internal software.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role (customer service, administration, or support).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Experience in complaint resolution and conflict management.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and operate independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Ariba is a plus.

The selected candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and background checks.
