About the Job

As a Strategic Customer Engagements Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic transactions.

This role requires a collaborative approach to account planning, pipeline development, opportunity review, deal coaching, and thought leadership to maximize market opportunities and accelerate sales cycles.

The successful candidate will have expertise in contractual aspects of our business and be able to articulate value and structure complex agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive large and complex strategic deals by validating and engaging on opportunities
  • Champion collaborative GTM activities for strategic accounts, including account planning sessions and strategic pursuits
  • Drive big deal thinking and best practice sharing across the team (deal structures, operational opportunities, references, and content on attractive themes)
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers from deal qualification through close
  • Be the voice of the field sales to corporate to improve and ensure successful outcomes for strategic customers
  • Represent us in senior customer-facing roles as sponsor, strategist, and negotiator
