Job Title: Impact Evaluation Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Impact Evaluation Strategist. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our organization continuously communicates its impact clearly and strengthens its ability to drive systems change.

The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding reflective practice across the organization, translating insights into strategy, and supporting evidence-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation framework to understand and embed learnings from across the organization.
  • Design and facilitate reflection sessions, learning circles, and reviews that transform experiences and feedback into actionable insights for our teams.
  • Lead organizational learning processes to explore critical questions about our effectiveness and identify where we should focus efforts for maximum impact.
  • Create data visualizations and automated reports that bring our impact to life, showing how our work connects communities with government, builds sector capability, and removes barriers to local change.
  • Coordinate mixed method data collection activities across the organization and create simple tools that make it easy for colleagues to participate in evaluation processes.

Requirements:

  • A strong proficiency in developing data visualizations, with experience developing dashboards and automated reports that communicate impact clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about using data and evidence to advance social change, believing that evaluation should empower communities and strengthen the work of those closest to it.
  • Experience in reporting, organizational learning, or similar roles where you've worked both technical and stakeholder-centric responsibilities.
  • A confident facilitator who can lead reflective learning sessions, translate data into meaningful insights and support evidence-informed decision-making.
