Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Impact Strategist to design and implement our Societal Impact Framework. This framework will centralize understanding and elevation of our impact across research, education, engagement, and operations.

The role requires expertise in both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods, with a passion for advancing social change through evidence-based insights. Key responsibilities include leading the strategic design and implementation of the SIF evaluation cycle, overseeing project delivery, presenting impact data to stakeholders, collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders, and developing governance practices.

About You:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
  • Proven advanced project management experience, with an in-depth understanding of the project life cycle and strategic development of project plans, objectives and documentation.
  • Excellent consultation, influencing and negotiation skills and proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and synthesise large amounts of data from diverse sources and identify underlying causes and assumptions.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Design and implement the Societal Impact Framework.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Present impact data to stakeholders and contribute to informed decision-making.
