Job Title

Customer Experience Strategist and Operations Manager opportunity exists within the Customer Strategy and Technology team. This role leads the development of strategies, plans and policies across NSW to provide customer-centred solutions.

We are currently recruiting a full time Customer Experience Strategist and Operations Manager to join us in the Elizabeth Street office based on our Customer Strategy and Experience branch.

TfNSW offers flexible working arrangements with a balance of office and work from home options.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all operational activities for advertising and secondary revenue contracts across TfNSW to assist in maximising net revenue and minimising disruption to customer services and impacts on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate approval and procedural processes.
  • Ensure procurement of services or works is undertaken in accordance with TfNSW procurement processes; and assist suppliers with access to TfNSW assets and locations.
  • Manage and deliver assigned projects and all operational work relating to existing advertising or secondary revenue assets in accordance with TfNSW policies and procedures and applicable contractual requirements.
