Lead Educator Opportunity

Nido Early School is seeking a passionate and inspirational mentor to shape the learning environment and ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children in collaboration with our team of educators.
  • To provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to equip our educators to deliver outstanding teaching and care practices.
  • To model excellent practice and set high standards for ourselves and others.
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the delivery of quality education and care services.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in early childhood education, preferably with a Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor degree.
  • You hold a valid Working with Children Check or are willing to obtain one.
  • You possess current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates or are willing to obtain them.
  • You have experience as an educational leader, preferably in a similar setting.
