Leadership Role in Early Childhood Education

This is a leadership role in early childhood education where you will work closely with the Centre Director to provide leadership and support.

The role involves leading room teams as a team leader, fostering strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

Key responsibilities include acting as second-in-charge, providing mentorship and guidance to educators, engaging in non-contact time for centre management tasks, and assisting with performance management.

Our ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education.

They should have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and be passionate about mentoring and guiding educators.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with staff, families, and children.
