We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team in Mascot, NSW.

About the Position:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the centre
  • Lead, motivate and support the team
  • Maintain high-quality services and increase occupancy rates
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs for each child
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, facilitating meetings and training sessions
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and document progress
  • Distribute information on curriculum to educators

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Valid Working With Children's Check and First Aid Certificates
  • Previous experience as an Educational Leader or Assistant Director
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
