As a Child Services Director, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading teams and driving collaboration to achieve exceptional outcomes in child services. This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and developing strategies to improve service delivery.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality services are delivered to children and families.
  • Lead and manage teams of professionals working in child services, including social workers, counselors, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and other key partners to achieve shared goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or education.
  • Significant experience in child services leadership, preferably in a director or manager role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address service gaps and risks.
