Job Title: Territory Manager, Sydney">

We are seeking an experienced and driven Territory Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a territory.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base within the territory
  • Develop strong, long-term customer relationships through regular customer visits and product demonstrations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the territory to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams to achieve quotas and objectives
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve sales targets
  • Report on sales results and forecasting to senior management
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing and a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage a territory
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
