Territory Manager

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team.

This is a key role that involves marketing our products and services within a defined territory to achieve sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify commercial opportunities and report on progress.
  • Build strong customer relationships, understand and communicate product knowledge and technical information.
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus, ensuring timely responses to customer requests and commitments.
  • Manage expenses, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc instructions from management in a timely manner.
  • Enter all relevant sales activities and opportunities into the CRM system.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade exhibitions, and workshops which may require weekend and evening attendance.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in a related field such as nursing, science, medicine, business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in medical devices or 5 years sales experience in another discipline.
  • Valid driver's license and work rights in Australia essential.
  • Proactive self-management and ability to own the territory and drive results independently.
  • Previous experience with long-term, complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and executing sales and territory plans.
