We are seeking a skilled Telemarketing Specialist to expand our outreach within the local industry.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, conducting software demonstrations, and qualifying leads based on predetermined criteria. They will also schedule appointments with qualified leads, maintain accurate records of all interactions, and collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team.

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads list.
  • Conduct software demonstrations as required and effectively communicate the value proposition of our app.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for our team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure seamless hand-off of scheduled appointments.
Requirements:

To be successful, you will need:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone demeanor.
  • Ability to engage prospects and establish rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
