Community Outreach Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Community Outreach Specialist to leverage their existing connections within the NDIS network and drive client acquisition through trust-based partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone with strong relationships with support coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), and other community stakeholders. The successful candidate will be passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities through personalized care and support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing relationships to acquire new clients and build long-term partnerships.
- Foster authentic relationships with support coordinators, LACs, and NDIS organizations.
- Represent our organization at community events, workshops, and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and deliver high-quality services.
- Regularly report on outreach activities and client acquisition outcomes.
