Job Title: Philanthropy Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Philanthropy Outreach Specialist.

This role involves delivering key communications which strengthen and improve donor retention. This includes overseeing processes and activities associated with child sponsorship letter writing, as well as annual progress reports that get distributed to all sponsors throughout the year.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with donors, communicating effectively through various channels, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. They will also contribute to the development of strategies to enhance donor engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication plans to nurture donor relationships
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of child sponsorship letters and annual progress reports
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in donor engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration or fundraising role
  • Experience working with databases or CRM systems
  • Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
