Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic administration professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, great communication skills, and an autonomous nature with a desire to own the role.
Key Responsibilities- Invoice collation and processing of weekly/monthly payments
- Purchase order processing and building/maintaining supplier relationships
- Reconciliation of accounts and maintaining an accurate accounts payable/receivable ledger
- Preparing PAYG and BAS statements and general administrative duties
- Complying with all Company policies and procedures
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar environment
- Ideal experience utilising Xero accounting software and Simpro job management software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Highly developed communication skills (by email and phone)
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team
