Our key services include new installs, maintenance, and more. We serve domestic, commercial, and residential clients across various areas.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, great communication skills, and an autonomous nature.
The role includes a variety of responsibilities, such as:
- Invoice collation
- Processing of weekly/monthly payments
- Purchase order processing
- Building and maintaining supplier relationships
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Maintaining an accurate accounts payable/receivable ledger
- Preparing PAYG and BAS statements
- General administrative duties as required
- Complying with all Company policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar environment
- Ideal experience with Xero accounting software and Simpro job management software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Highly developed communication skills (by email and phone)
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team
