As the Facilities Concierge Administrator, you will be an integral part of our friendly team, contributing to the smooth operation of the facilities function and ensuring a warm welcome within the Corporate Reception area.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Greeting all visitors and clients into the offices
- Ensuring ID and security passes are managed in-line with guidelines
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Assisting with catering requirements
- Supporting the facilities team with other ad-hoc administration tasks as required.

This is a crucial role where you will
**be the face and voice of the business**, your positive and friendly attitude will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment. Additionally, proficiency at an intermediate level in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with high standards for both attitude and presentation.

**Applicants must have previous Reception or Facilities Administration experience.**

The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, office based role.

Paying $34.50 per hour + super

This is initially a temporary position with a view to convert to permanent after 6 months. Applicants must possess full working rights.
