Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Executive Assistant to join our team at Zeder Corporation. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will provide comprehensive support to our CEO and other senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Diary Management: Coordinate and protect the CEO's schedule, ensuring key stakeholders and materials are available. Respond to urgent requests and prioritize commitments.
  • Communication & Administration: Take minutes, distribute minutes and actions, and follow up on completion. Assist with drafting and content of announcements, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Presentation Preparation: Develop compelling presentations for internal and external audiences, prepare materials for meetings and appointments, and proof-read documents.
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with management, build relationships, and strategy alignment. Assist ELT and SLT members as needed.
  • Support: Provide support for IT, office administration, filing, maintenance of supplies and facilities, and HR activities.
  • Travel & Events: Coordinate travel, accommodation, and bookings, maximizing availability and costs. Facilitate organization of company events and activities.
