Senior HR Business Partner Job Description

This role is focused on building strategic partnerships across the organization to provide expert human resources advice, drive key initiatives, and support employee development.

  • Talent Management: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR solutions that align with business objectives, driving improvements in talent acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Advisory Services: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, Workplace Relations, and Organizational Development, to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Data Analysis: Report on and analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for informed business decisions.
  • Performance Improvement: Support managers in performance management processes, including setting and reviewing performance objectives and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Career Development: Drive succession planning and career development initiatives. Provide guidance to managers on employee development programs, coaching, and mentoring to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior business partner role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with HR systems and tools.
