Human Resource Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resource Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives and lead our People & Culture Division.

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on employee relations, manage performance and investigations, and deliver insightful HR reporting.

  • Provide expert advice on ER and IR matters
  • Manage performance, investigations, grievance resolution, and Union engagement
  • Lead strategic HR initiatives, policy development, and compliance reviews
About You
  • Degree in HR, IR, or related field
  • 4+ years' HR experience, ideally in complex ER/IR environments
  • Deep understanding of Fair Work, EBAs, and Modern Awards
  • Strong influencing, communication, and conflict resolution skills
