Lead People Strategist

You will play a key role in shaping the future of Human Resources for a leading business undergoing significant transformation and growth. As Lead People Strategist, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and executing people and capability strategies aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Strategic Workforce Plans: Align workforce plans with overall business strategy to drive organizational performance.
  • Act as Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance across all essential HR practices, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Global Teams: Partner with Centres of Excellence (Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Safety) to roll out global programs locally, driving cultural integration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support Manager Performance Management: Work closely with managers on performance management, engagement, talent development, and employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Utilize HRIS and Reporting Tools: Leverage SAP SuccessFactors for HRIS and reporting, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to Transformational Projects: Participate in transformational projects focused on engagement, culture, and leadership development, fostering a high-performing organization.
About You
  • Minimum 5 Years' Experience: Proven experience in HR generalist roles, ideally within a large or matrix organization, with a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.
  • Influencing and Coaching Skills: Strong influencing skills, with the ability to coach and build leadership capability, driving business outcomes through people.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives, with a commercial acumen that understands how people decisions impact business outcomes.
  • Ambiguity Tolerance: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, thriving in a global transformation environment, with a flexible mindset and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Experience with HR Systems: Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage, but not required.
