Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned HR Strategist to lead the development and implementation of human resource initiatives that drive organizational excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide HR initiatives enhancing systems of work and HR capability
  • Collaborate closely with HR operational teams to ensure effective embedding of strategic initiatives into day-to-day practice
  • Provide advice and guidance on change management, workforce planning, leadership capability development, and diversity and inclusion strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Completion of a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification with extensive relevant experience in HR or a related field
  • Extensive experience in leading HR strategy development and delivery within complex environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, workplace relations, change management, and systems improvement
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and programs with cross-functional impact
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills
