Resident Engagement Manager

This is a dynamic and rewarding career opportunity for an individual to make a positive impact in the lives of older people.
As a Community Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for residents at our community. You will coordinate events and lifestyle programs, provide site supervision, and undertake operational support duties in the running of the retirement living community.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years work experience in a service-based industry
- Able to do overnight stays on roster when required
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to positively influence and engage the residents.
- A positive, resilient, and robust can-do attitude and work ethic
- A passion for working in retirement living and lifestyle
- Right to work and live in Australia mandatory
