Residential Life Coordinator Role

Foster a safe, secure, and healthy living environment for students in our residential community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Residential Life Program and provide support to residents.
  • Design, develop, implement, and manage the Community Spirit Program.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the Residential Advisor team.
  • Monitor resident wellbeing and participate in emergency response as required.
Requirements
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • Valid National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • Wellbeing and mental health literacy.
  • Experience in managing budgets and planning events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging programs and events.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Research skills for developing evidence-based programs.
  • Strong time management skills, especially during peak periods.
