This role exists for an experienced professional to join a well-regarded organisation in the disability services sector.

The position will be accountable for managing a high volume of inbound calls, responding to customer enquiries and scheduling appointments for advisors.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, day-to-day duties include:

  • Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to follow up on customer enquiries seeking support.
  • Qualifying the call to the relevant department.
  • Booking appointments for advisors.
  • Logging information into CRM and maintaining the database.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • General administration tasks as requested.

Proven experience in a call centre/sales advisor/appointment setter is required.
