Job Summary">

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive incentive compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Business Partners, to ensure effective plan administration and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of existing plans to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and business partners, to ensure clear understanding of plan details and expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective incentive compensation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
