We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our international payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees across multiple jurisdictions.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc pay runs, guaranteeing precision and on-time processing.
  • Premium payroll reporting, journal preparation, and reconciliation of payroll balance sheets.
  • Strategic leadership of the Melbourne-based payroll compliance team and oversight of payroll operations conducted by Manila-based partners.
  • Innovative process improvements to advance payroll efficiency.
  • Ensuring Australia & New Zealand managed service providers meet contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Overseeing the transition of Asian countries to global payroll managed services.
  • Driving implementation of future global managed payroll services.


Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Payroll Manager in complex multinational organizations.
  • Proficiency with Workday, ADP GlobalView, and/or Ramco Payce Global Payroll is highly valued.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage change.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, coaching, and mentoring onshore and offshore teams.
