Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled Strategic Enterprise Leader to join our team.
  • This role will involve owning and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise relationships.
  • Responsibilities include leading complex, multi-year digital transformation initiatives at the highest levels of client organizations.
  • Developing and executing sophisticated territory strategies that maximize client value and portfolio growth.
  • Mentoring team members on complex deal structures and strategic account planning.
  • Partnering with sales leadership to drive best practices and innovation in our approach to market.
  • Building and nurturing C-suite relationships across multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Collaborating with research and advisory leadership to drive exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Owning and growing a portfolio of Gartner's most strategic enterprise relationships.
  2. Leading complex, multi-year digital transformation initiatives at the highest levels of client organizations.
  3. Developing and executing sophisticated territory strategies that maximize client value and portfolio growth.
  4. Mentoring team members on complex deal structures and strategic account planning.
  5. Partnering with sales leadership to drive best practices and innovation in our approach to market.
  6. Building and nurturing C-suite relationships across multiple stakeholders and business units.
  7. Collaborating with research and advisory leadership to drive exceptional client outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven enterprise sales leader with 8+ years of experience in technology, software, or advisory services.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding targets through strategic account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining personal excellence.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-year strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate and influence C-level relationships.
  • History of building and executing sophisticated territory plans.
  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills.
