
Compensation Administrator

The Compensation Administrator plays a vital role in the organization of compensation processes, collaborating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process bi-weekly compensation for all employees, working closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient results.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to legislation, contracts, and internal policies in all compensation transactions.
- Update and maintain data in HR systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist with end-of-month and year-end processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide high-level communication and customer service, supporting leaders and employees within compensation systems and processes.
- Resolve compensation-related issues and provide advice and assistance, considering organizational instruments and policies.
- Contribute to project work, including system upgrades to maintain an effective HR system.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating end-to-end compensation processes, including reporting, reconciling, and quality control.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a compensation processing position.
