Job Overview

This role will oversee the creation and implementation of performance-based compensation plans designed to drive business growth, employee satisfaction, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop incentive plans that align with strategic objectives, balancing risk and reward.
  • Design, develop, and document comprehensive plan programs, ensuring transparency and clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation best practices, consulting with business partners and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing plans, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Audit and analyze internal compensation processes, ensuring compliance and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop procedures and written audit responses to ensure accurate accounting and calculation-based outcomes of plan administration.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry metrics and standards, ensuring competitive and compliant plans are designed and maintained annually.
  • Partner to establish governance standards, processes, and training to ensure well-governed programs and oversight.
  • Lead strategic compensation projects and initiatives across various groups, driving business results and growth.
  • Demonstrate thoughtful leadership, foster strong relationships with colleagues, and exhibit independence in decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, accounting, or human resources; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of general business experience, with 5+ years in compensation, payroll, and related systems.
