Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Knowledge Manager to lead our knowledge management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our information assets.

This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of knowledge management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

The Knowledge Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing our knowledge management strategy, including designing effective process flows, ensuring high-quality content, and leveraging analytics to evaluate business impact.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end delivery of knowledge management systems, proven working knowledge of contact centre deliverables, and excellent report writing and data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategy
  • Maintain high-quality, up-to-date content
  • Leverage analytics to evaluate business impact
  • Coach and develop a team of authors
  • Ensure currency of internal documents and processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing end-to-end delivery of knowledge management systems
  • Proven working knowledge of managing contact centre deliverables
  • Excellent report writing and data analysis skills
  • A strong interest in new Business Optimisation advancements
  • Experience in related health industries (desirable)
