We are seeking a strategic Knowledge Manager to lead our knowledge management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our information assets.
This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of knowledge management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
The Knowledge Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing our knowledge management strategy, including designing effective process flows, ensuring high-quality content, and leveraging analytics to evaluate business impact.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end delivery of knowledge management systems, proven working knowledge of contact centre deliverables, and excellent report writing and data analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement knowledge management strategy
- Maintain high-quality, up-to-date content
- Leverage analytics to evaluate business impact
- Coach and develop a team of authors
- Ensure currency of internal documents and processes
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery of knowledge management systems
- Proven working knowledge of managing contact centre deliverables
- Excellent report writing and data analysis skills
- A strong interest in new Business Optimisation advancements
- Experience in related health industries (desirable)
