Program Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our team in providing quality services in a residential setting.

This position requires strong leadership, organizational, training, and communication skills to effectively manage all program operations.

  • Assume overall responsibility for program management in the absence of the Executive Director.
  • Manage program administrative and human resource systems efficiently.
  • Direct performance management including coaching and future development planning.
  • Participate in recruitment process for Program Team Members, conducting interviews, coordinating tours, and pre-employment assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance, including student intake, discipline, transfer, and release reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • A minimum one year supervisory experience, with two years preferred.
  • At least one year experience within an educational or youth service program, preferably working with troubled youth.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions when needed.
