Leadership Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide supportive leadership and management to team members in a residential setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, training, and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing program operations, overseeing administrative and human resource systems, directing performance management, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.

  • Manage and oversee all program operations
  • Manage all program administrative and human resource systems
  • Direct and coordinate performance management
  • Assist with recruitment process for Program Team Members
  • Collaborate with Executive Director and agency stakeholders

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field, as well as one year of supervisory experience and one year of experience within an educational or youth service program.
