We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Engineering program. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about education and leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational leadership, coordinating teaching operations, supporting staff performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant trade qualification in Engineering, Fabrication or Locksmithing
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Experience in VET delivery, ideally in a coordination or leadership capacity
- Strong understanding of RTO compliance and vocational education policy
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support and develop teaching teams
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong commitment to staff wellbeing
- A culture built on curiosity, collaboration, and care
- Inclusive, future-focused environments
The successful candidate will be required to provide:
- A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Police Check
- An interview (in-person or via Microsoft Teams)
- Reference checks
