Residential Program Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Lifestyle Coordinator in our Residential Communities team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging lifestyle programs and social calendars that enhance the lives of our residents.
About the Role- Implement and deliver lifestyle programs and social calendars for our residents
- Assess and individualise lifestyle plans and social needs for our residents
- Develop a wide range of activities in consultation with residents and family members
- Engage with community groups to build a network of support and social partners
- Identify new and meaningful events to keep our residents engaged
- A warm, enthusiastic and creative individual
- Strong experience in Aged Care
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and Certificate III Individual Support required
- A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
- Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
- Computer and documentation skills
