We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Melbourne Residential team as a key member of the leadership team. This role will involve collaborating with fellow Directors to achieve business objectives and regional goals.

  • Deliver high-quality valuations that meet client and company guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Maintain market expertise and inform valuation practices.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Oversee staff mentoring, professional development, and compliance.
  • Collaborate strategically with the State Director to achieve targeted outcomes.

Requirements:

You have at least 5 years' relevant experience, a Property Degree, Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) Qualification, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Greater Melbourne residential property market.
