We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Claim Support Officer.
Job DescriptionAs a Claim Support Officer, you will provide critical support to case managers in maintaining certificate registries, processing invoices, managing appointments and addressing ad-hoc business needs. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the success of the business and case managers.
Responsibilities:- Maintain certificate registries for case managers
- Process invoices and manage financial transactions
- Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings
- Address unexpected business needs to drive success for both the business and case managers
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High motivation levels and strong work ethic
- Proficient data entry and keyboard skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience with internal stakeholders
- Strong resilience, perseverance, and reliability
