The Royal Automobile Club of WA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Motor Claims Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of claims, including negotiating liability with other insurers and third parties.
  • Communicate processes clearly verbally and in writing, ensuring members understand their claim entitlement and the claim process.
  • Liaise with external Service Providers and Insurance companies to resolve customer complaints effectively.

This role requires experience in claims lodgement and knowledge of end-to-end claims processes. Effective communication skills are essential for delivering exceptional service to our members and third parties.
