Motor Claims Specialist

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our claims team and support customers through the motor claims process. As a Motor Claims Specialist, you will be handling a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence from customers, brokers, and authorized representatives.
You will begin with a comprehensive induction at our office, followed by the possibility of working from home after a minimum of 3 months. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, between 8:30am – 5:00pm local time.
About This Role- This is an entry-level position for those looking to start their career in claims.
- You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in customer service and conflict resolution.
- We are looking for someone who is empathetic, resilient, and confident in their communication.
- Support customers through the motor claims process.
- Handle inbound calls and correspondence from customers, brokers, and authorized representatives.
- Work closely with the claims team to resolve customer issues.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time under pressure.
- Intermediate computer literacy and troubleshooting ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence in decision-making.
