About Claims Management

A specialist general insurance advice and broking services provider with a history of over 40 years is seeking an experienced claims professional to manage end-to-end claims processes, including lodgment, analysis, and settlements.

  • Manage a diverse range of claims, ensuring timely and accurate updates are provided to clients and suppliers via phone and email.
  • Resolve claims efficiently while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Maintain an active diary system for allocated claims, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • BUILD strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, service providers, and insurers.
  • Identify and support the management of complaints and breaches in line with company processes and codes of practice.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

To excel in this role, you will require a Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification in Insurance Broking, experience within the insurance industry, preferably with exposure to claims management across a broad range of products including workers compensation, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

You will be a confident and engaging individual looking to build your career in the Insurance Industry, passionate about building effective relationships with diverse customers.
