We're seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Leisure Program Coordinator.

This part-time role will involve working closely with Diversional Therapists to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised leisure programs for residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and coordinate resident-driven leisure programs that promote psychological, social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural wellbeing.
  • Provide opportunities for residents to engage in leisure activities promoting self-esteem and personal fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with Leisure and Lifestyle staff to provide high-quality person-centred service.
  • Monitor and evaluate programs regularly to ensure they meet resident needs, suggesting improvements as needed.
