Bella Vista Gardens offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and caring Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves managing and developing the Leisure & Lifestyle program at our residence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, coordinating, and implementing a Leisure & Lifestyle activities program. They will be responsible for providing activities for residents that allow them to participate in their community, support social and personal relationships, and enable them to do things of interest to them.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, creative, and energetic, and committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout all their duties. The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary diversional therapy services and will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team with highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III/IV in Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy qualification or equivalent experience, 1+ year experience in a diversional therapy role working in Aged Care and/or people with disabilities, and demonstrated experience in developing, coordinating, and implementing a Leisure & Lifestyle activities program.
