Personal Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional in-home care services to our elderly clients.

This role is crucial in fostering client independence and enhancing their overall quality of life. As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with everyday tasks and activities within the home, from basic household duties and cleaning assistance, meal preparation, personal care i.e., showers, grooming, social outings and transports to medical appointments.

  • Assist clients with essential personal hygiene activities, such as bathing, showering, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and dignity are upheld.
  • Deliver customized, person-centered care that reflects each client's individual needs, preferences, and routines.
  • Assisting with daily activities, in home and community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other care team members to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Driver's licence and vehicle.
  • National police check.
  • First aid & CPR.
  • Blue Card.
