About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing their overall well-being.
  • Embark on regular visits to ensure timely and personalized support, interacting closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • Provide comprehensive personal care services, including bathing, grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and ironing, tailored to meet the individual requirements of each client.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized Care Plans, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional outcomes.
  • Facilitate participation in community-based activities and events, promoting socialization and a sense of belonging among clients.
  • Offer reliable transportation services and assist with shopping, appointments, and other daily tasks, enhancing the overall quality of life for clients.
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, demonstrating a solid foundation in caregiving principles and practices.
  • Possess a valid Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) and maintain a roadworthy, insured vehicle suitable for work-related travel.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, to effectively utilize digital tools and systems.
  • Pass thorough background checks, as required by legislation or policies, ensuring a safe and trustworthy environment for clients and colleagues alike.
