Personal Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Worker to provide person-centred support to elderly clients in their own homes. Our ideal candidate will empower clients to live independently and comfortably, while upholding their dignity and comfort.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, showering, grooming, and dressing.
  • Deliver personalised care based on the unique preferences, routines, and needs of each client.
  • Support with daily living activities, including meal preparation, basic household duties, and transportation to medical appointments.
  • Foster independence and help clients maintain their lifestyle and wellbeing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
  • Driver's licence and vehicle.
  • Current Car Insurance & Car Registration.
  • National police check.
  • First aid & CPR.
  • Blue Card.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • A compassionate and professional attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
