About the Role

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Providing assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Domestic Support: Helping with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment
  • Social & Community Engagement: Accompanying clients on outings, appointments, and activities
  • Life Skills & Independence: Supporting clients with shopping, cooking, and other daily tasks
  • Medication & Transport Assistance: Assisting clients with medication and transportation when qualified
  • Respite & Mental Health Support: Providing temporary care and support for clients' mental health
What We're Looking For
  • A valid QLD driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • A compassionate and client-centred approach
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • At least 12 months of experience in the industry
  • Experience in personal care, manual handling, and behavioural support
