Clinical Pharmacy Services Leader for Transplant Medicine

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead clinical pharmacy services for transplant medicine at Austin Health. As a pharmacist, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, and a keen interest in developing their skillset. You will bring energy and drive to your work, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish, direct, plan, provide, and review clinical pharmacy services to the Liver Transplant Service;
- Work in collaboration with the Kidney Transplant Pharmacist to leverage efficiencies in pharmacy service provision;
- Provide cover for transplant pharmacy services during periods of leave;
- Well-developed written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team;
- Positive attitude, initiative, and innovation;
- Consumer-focused approach to work and service quality;
- Accuracy and efficiency in medication management processes;
