Pharmacist Role for Liver Transplant Excellence

The Pharmacy Department at Austin Health delivers comprehensive high-quality care to patients and supports the healthcare team in medicines management. The department consists of over 140 full-time equivalent staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role focuses on establishing, directing, planning, providing, and reviewing clinical pharmacy services for the Liver Transplant Service as part of the Australian Centre for Transplant Excellence and Research (ACTER). Collaboration with the Kidney Transplant Pharmacist will be crucial in streamlining pharmacy service provision and covering transplant pharmacy services during leave periods.
RequirementsTo excel in this position, you'll need:
