This position is responsible for establishing, directing, planning, providing and reviewing clinical pharmacy services to the Liver Transplant Service as part of the Australian Centre for Transplant Excellence and Research (ACTER).

The role will work collaboratively with the Kidney Transplant Pharmacist to leverage efficiencies in pharmacy service provision and provide cover for transplant pharmacy services during periods of leave.
